10 years ago, I found myself standing in my kitchen, staring at shelves full of tinctures and powders. I was on a mission, to find something real.

I found incredible things. Herbs from all over the world, rituals rooted in ancient traditions.

But where was my story?

I grew up walking through Scandinavian forests. I know the smell of wet birch bark after a summer rain. I know the silence of a snow covered pine grove. I know the sharp, bite of lingonberries picked straight from the bush. These landscapes shaped me. They are in my blood.

When I looked at the wellness world, our Nordic heritage was barely a footnote. We had forgotten our own medicine.

I decided to do something about it..

I left the shelves of other cultures behind, not out of rejection, but out of a desire to return. I went back to the forests. I studied the old texts. I spoke to grandmothers and herbalists who still carry the oral traditions of the North. And I started crafting, testing, failing, and learning.

DOETR is my offering to you.
